Having started her business, The Performance Company, in 1994, she has spent nearly three decades serving clients globally in dozens of different industries while helping them change their behavior, strengthen teams, and see promising results. Catherine is a woman of many words with a strong belief in the value behind unlocking our learning and communication preferences to connect better while becoming the most powerful version of ourselves. She uses her hands-on experience and knowledge to provide individuals with tips, tricks, and other tools based on their archetypes. Because of the abundance of information that she has for others and the overflow of thoughts running through her mind, she has managed to write and publish a total of 31 different books, including a 27-part short series and other top-rated reads, such as Train for Results, Training Activities That Work, Leading Virtual Teams and her latest, Unlock Inner Genius.

Knowing that Catherine has completed more than two dozen books, some might say she has the natural gift of the gab. But, on the other hand, Catherine credits this to her genuine passion for helping other people. Because of that passion, she regularly offers the professional guidance and support organizations, and their leaders need to succeed in some of the most demanding industries requiring upskilling and collaborative efforts between team members.

Although wildly successful, Catherine remains humble and is well-known within the industry for her infectious laugh, caring nature, and natural ability to work well with others to achieve the best results. While dedicated to what she does for a living as someone who offers programs and training tools that work to change lives, she continues to find time to do what makes her happy. Some of her hobbies and interests include completing abstract landscape oil paintings to hang on the walls of her home and playing the piano while attempting to learn a new sonata or two. In addition, she loves cooking and doesn’t mind taking the challenge of preparing something complicated to see how it turns out.
